A little bit about me...
Sameer spent two decades in hospitality before finding his way to real estate — and it turns out the two have more in common than you'd think. Born in India, he built a career that took him from the front lines of service across Singapore, the United Kingdom, Vancouver, and eventually Ontario — all the way to Hotel General Manager. Through these experiences he developed a deep understanding of people, cultures, and what it means to truly make someone feel at home.
That foundation is exactly what drew him to real estate. Now a licensed real estate agent, Sameer recognized that buying or selling a home is not just a transaction — it is an emotional milestone, shaped by culture, family, and life circumstances. He brings that understanding to every client interaction. He is also fluent in four languages — Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, and English.
What keeps him energized in this business? Sameer is genuinely curious about people — their cultures, their stories, their goals. He understands that this industry rewards those who stay hungry, and that energy never left him.
Outside of work, he is a proud family man. His wife is a teacher and his son is completing his degree in computer engineering. When he is not with clients, you will find him traveling with his family, exploring the countryside, or discovering new music.
